CNC Cutting

Processing centers with digital control based on coordinates (CNC) automatically perform a large range of operations: cutting, edge grinding and polishing, drilling, cutouts and engraving. The automatic processing is ideal for glass designed for furniture and constructions market (table tops, stairs, glass railings, doors, etc.) with different shapes and complex cutouts needing a special accuracy and visual quality.

Also, the deviations occurred after the CNC processing are minimal, due to automatic programming of the operations based on the ACAD folders which can be imported in the machine’s computer. Also, the execution times of the panels on the CNC are shorter, a large number of shapes and cutouts being in the basic software of the machine, which can be adjusted, making the programmer’s work easier.

Our CNC machines can cut and polish glass up to 19mm thick including cut outs for hinges and specialised internal radius corners.

They allow automatic processing of the JUMBO panels with maximal sizes of 5000×2800 mm, performing all necessary operations with accuracy: edge processing, drilling, cutout.

• •     CMS VERTEC MILL 3222 SX (2018) which execute holes and cutouts automatically and fast. 

The quality of this process is very important to avoid breaking during glass tempering process (especially of JUMBO panels ) or during installation in case of the mechanical fixing.
